We want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned or exchanged if:

  • They are unworn, undamaged, and in resellable condition
  • They show no creases or wear on the soles
  • They are returned in their original packaging
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Canada Returns & Exchanges

Canadian customers receive one free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery on regular-priced items.  Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. AND  for sales purchases, we will refund you as store credit. You will love your shoes!

Once your request is submitted, simply follow the instructions provided to print your label and send your item back to us.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are not considered final sale, even when offered at a reduced price.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to one week for your refund or store credit to be processed. If it has been more than two weeks, please contact us at hello@msharmonica.com.

USA Returns & Exchanges

USA customers may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Australia & New Zealand Returns & Exchanges

Customers in Australia and New Zealand may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and local duties or taxes may apply when processing a return. If you are making an exchange, we will cover shipping for the replacement item.
