Harmonica works with artisans in Mexico, including the shoemaking communities of Sahuayo and León. Their experience brings our designs to life through woven leather, careful assembly and finishing.

The craft is visible in the details: the way a leather strip sits in a weave, the shape of an upper, and the work that turns individual pieces into a finished shoe. These are decisions made by people who know their materials and their tools.

A tradition carried forward.

Shoemaking is knowledge learned through practice and shared over time. We value the skill behind the work and the relationships that make each collection possible.

For our founders, Cinthia and Carlos, this connection is personal. Both grew up around artisan work. Harmonica continues that appreciation by bringing Mexican craftsmanship into contemporary, everyday footwear.

We produce in smaller quantities and offer pre-orders for selected styles. This gives us a considered way to plan collections around the work involved in creating them.
