Harmonica Monthly Store Credit Draw — Official Rules
This promotion has three monthly draws: November 30 and December 31, 2026, and January 31, 2027. One CAD $500 prize is available in each draw; total prize value CAD $1,500 across all eligible countries combined.
1. Sponsor and eligibility
The sponsor is C&C Miranda Enterprises Inc., trading as Harmonica Shoes, Unit 4, 7665 209 Street, Langley Township, British Columbia V2Y 0V2, Canada. Contact: hello@msharmonica.com.
Open to legal residents of Canada, the 50 United States and District of Columbia, and Australia (excluding Western Australia) who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where they live. Sponsor owners, employees, people involved in administering or promoting the draw, their immediate family members and members of their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. Promotion period and draw dates
Entries open October 18, 2026 at 11:00 p.m. Pacific Time and close January 30, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. November through January closing and draw times below are Pacific Standard Time (UTC−8).

Draws are administered at the sponsor address above using a random number generator and an auditable list of eligible entries. You do not need to attend. There is one combined entry pool for each draw, with no separate prize allocation by country.
3. How to enter for free
During the promotion period, submit the designated Harmonica website entry form with your email address and country. That form also asks for affirmative consent to marketing emails. If you do not wish to subscribe, or already subscribe, email hello@msharmonica.com with subject “Monthly draw entry”, your name, email address, country and state/province/territory of residence, and confirmation that you meet the age requirement and accept these rules. Email entry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Limit one entry per person across all methods. Your valid entry is included in every remaining monthly draw whose cutoff it meets, including after you win. No repeat subscription or monthly re-entry is required. Entries received after a cutoff are included only in later draws. Duplicate entries do not increase your odds. All eligible entries have an equal chance in each applicable draw. Automated, fraudulent and ineligible entries are excluded. Normal internet access costs may apply; the sponsor charges no entry fee. Unsubscribing from marketing does not remove an eligible entry.
4. Prizes and redemption
Three prizes are available, each consisting of CAD $500 in Harmonica store credit redeemable at msharmonica.com. Credit is issued electronically, has no expiry or minimum purchase, and any unused balance remains available. It may be used toward merchandise, applicable checkout taxes and standard shipping up to its balance. Purchases exceeding the balance require payment of the difference. Redemption in another currency uses the store's applicable conversion at checkout; the prize remains denominated in Canadian dollars. No cash alternative except where required by law.
There is no fee to claim or receive the credit. It is delivered electronically at no cost. Any purchase above the available credit balance, optional delivery upgrade or order beyond the credit balance is the winner’s choice. Ordinary statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Selection and notification
For each draw, one entry is selected at random from all eligible entries received before its cutoff. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries in that draw. The sponsor records the entry count, selection method, draw time and selected entry identifier. The selected entrant is contacted by email from hello@msharmonica.com within two business days and is given at least 14 days to respond and provide reasonable eligibility information. No payment, bank details or credit-card information is required to claim.
Before confirmation, a selected Canadian entrant must correctly answer an unaided, time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. The sponsor provides this privately, with reasonable accessibility accommodations where appropriate. The prize is delivered within seven business days after eligibility is verified, and within 28 days of the draw where required by law.
If an entrant is ineligible, declines or cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, the sponsor follows applicable unclaimed-prize requirements before any substitute draw. No Australian prize is forfeited merely because the selected entrant is absent from the draw. Any required regulatory direction, waiting period or approval takes priority over a replacement draw.
6. Monthly results
On each draw date, the sponsor posts the selected entry identifier and CAD $500 prize on this rules page, marked provisional until verification, and updates it when confirmed. Results remain available for at least 28 days. Entrants can request their identifier from hello@msharmonica.com. Names or photographs are used for optional publicity only with separate permission, except for disclosures required by law. Required winner information will be published here in accordance with applicable law.
7. Privacy and records
Entry information is used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact selected entrants, deliver prizes and meet legal obligations under the Privacy Policy. Marketing emails are sent only with separate affirmative consent and can be stopped at any time. The sponsor retains accurate entry, draw and prize records for three years after the promotion ends, or longer where required by law. For privacy questions, contact hello@msharmonica.com.
8. Administration
Material terms will not be changed and the promotion will not be cancelled after opening except as permitted by applicable law and with any required regulatory approval. Non-excludable consumer rights are preserved. The promotion is administered by Harmonica Shoes and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Shopify, Omnisend, Meta or Instagram.
