SHIPPING

Harmonica is committed to processing orders promptly. We do our best to ship in-stock items within three business days after placing an order. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions concerning your order. Our fulfillment team is constantly working hard to get your order to you on time. If your item is on "pre-order" status, we will fulfill it within 3-4 weeks. 

We ship all the orders from our Vancouver, Canada warehouse.

Canada: We use Canada Post express to ship your order. ETA is 4-6 days, depending on where you are in Canada.

USA: We use DHL express to ship your order. ETA is 3-5 days, depending on where you are in the USA.

Australia/New Zealand: We use DHL express to ship your order. ETA is within nine business days.

Duties & Brokerage Fees

All of our product ships duty-free within Canada!

For US orders, you are responsible for import duties. Please email hello@msharmonica.com for more information.

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of the merchandise. They will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

Local Pickup to Vancouver area only.

If you have chosen Local Pick Up, you will receive a confirmation email once your item is ready to be picked up. There will also be an email sent to you with further instructions, including protocols to ensure the safety of both yourself and our team. If your item is not picked up within 10 business days of the original pickup date, your item will be shipped to you at your own cost.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 Returns

We want you happy with your purchase. 

If you've ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order for free within Canada as long as:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
  2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

.We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Processing time.

Once our warehouse has received your return, please allow one week for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than two weeks, please send us an email: hello@msharmonica.com.

Don't fit or don't love them? 

There's one free exchange/Return within 30 days of your delivery date for all Canadian customers. Please note this only applies to items sold at regular prices. Returns will be accepted for unused products in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the items, we will issue a refund in-store credit or in your original payment method.  

Final Sale:

Any items purchased on Sale may not be returned or exchanged.

Pre-orders:

Pre-orders are not considered final sales even though the price is reduced.

Pre-order status orders are usually back in stock within three weeks, depending on when the order was placed. Once an item is in "pre-order" status, we will still receive incoming purchases, and we will fulfill each order on a "first come, first serve" basis. 

If you do not receive an update from us within three weeks, please email us to ask for an update at hello@msharmonica.com.

Refunds 

For Regular Priced items, once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund will be processed as in-store credit or in your original form of payment.

Please note: Sale items are considered Final Sale and are not refundable in the original form of payment. Exchanges and Refunds in-store credit/gift cards apply.

***************International (Non-Canada.) Shipping & Returns***************

We are growing fast, and this is only THANKS TO YOU. Our products are being shipped to Canada, the USA and Australia.

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND: We use DHL as our primary carrier to ship our orders to our dear Australian customers. The flat rate is $50 (covers duties fees). However, we use DHL express. You will be receiving your package between 5-7 days. All Australia orders are delivered duty paid (DDP), meaning that all duties and taxes are collected during the checkout process. This ensures there are no surprise fees when your package arrives, so you can focus on how good you look (and feel) in your new boots!

Australia Returns / Exchanges

You may exchange or return your items for a full refund as long as:

  • Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees and may be charged additional VAT and duties by their local government when processing a return or exchange.

If you are processing an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement product.

USA: Shipping costs to the USA is $20 flat rate. You may receive your package sooner than 5 days. We use DHL as our main courier. All USA orders are delivered duty paid (DDP), meaning that all duties and taxes are collected during the checkout process. 

USA Returns / Exchanges: 

You may exchange or return your items for a full refund as long as:

  • Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

To ensure the item is being processed correctly, every online order is carefully assessed by our team before dispatch. However, if you have received an incorrect item or believe it to be faulty, please notify us at hello@msharmonica.com within five days of receiving your order.

If you believe that a fault has occurred or there is a defect with an item purchased from our website within 20 days of the purchase, please send an email to hello@msharmonica.com with photos & a brief explanation of the issue we can work to find a resolution for you.

We reserve the right to repair or replace an item we deem faulty as a first resort. Please note that items that are damaged or result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty. All faulty items will be assessed upon return, so they must be sent back in clean condition.
