What you’ll need
Paper large enough for your foot, a pencil, a ruler or measuring tape, and a flat, hard floor. A helping hand makes tracing easier.
Measure in five simple steps
-
Stand on the paper.
Place the paper on a flat, hard floor. Stand barefoot with your foot flat and your weight evenly balanced. -
Trace your foot.
Keep the pencil upright and close to your foot as you trace around it. Ask someone to help so you can stay standing naturally. -
Measure heel to longest toe.
Step off the paper. Measure the straight distance from the back of the heel outline to the furthest toe. Record the length in centimetres. -
Measure the width.
Measure straight across the widest part of your traced forefoot. Record this width in centimetres so we can help with fit questions. -
Repeat for your other foot.
Record both feet’s measurements. Use the longer foot as your starting point when checking the product’s size guide, and tell us if one foot is wider.
Choose your size by style
Open your chosen product’s size guide and read its FIT & SIZING advice. Different styles can have different recommendations when you’re between sizes.
Check that your measurements describe your foot length, rather than an insole or shoe length. If you’re unsure which size to choose, send us your measurements before ordering.
