All of our shoes go through several quality control checks before they are delivered to customers and we ensure that no defective items are sent. However, these shoes are handmade by artisans and they could have flaws. If your item has a quality issue, please send us an email at: hello@msharmonica.com

Any item that has signs of wear or damage will not be able to be returned. Shoes that show outside wear will not be able to be returned.Gift cards and sale items purchased will be Final Sale. If you have purchased Sale items within one week prior to the promotion, you can receive the difference in Harmonica credit by emailing hello@msharmonica.com

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND: 

We use DHL as our main carrier to ship our orders to our  Australian and New Zealand customers. The flat rate is  CA$50 (covers duty fees), and you will be receiving your package between 5-7 days. 

All Australia orders are delivered duty paid (DDP), meaning that all duties and taxes are collected during the checkout process. This ensures there are no surprise fees when your package arrives, so you can focus on how good you look (and feel) in your new boots!

You may exchange or return your items for a full refund as long as:

Shipping costs to the USA are CA$20 flat rate via DHL, and orders can be delivered within 5 days of shipping confirmation is received.

Yes, our Regular Fit shoes are true to size. Because we also offer Wide Widths,  we recommend checking the Regular Fit Size Chart and the Wide Widths Size Chart to determine which option suits you best.

Some of our shoes have the Mexican size stamped instead of the US size. For more details please refer to the Regular Size Chart page.

Yes, all of our shoes are made of full-grain leather, which makes them feel snug at first. However, after wearing them about 2-4 times, they will stretch out and mould to your feet.

We suggest wearing them indoors with socks the first couple of times to break them in. Once the shoes are comfortable enough and there is no need to exchange/return them, we suggest wearing them outside.

If you've measured your feet and you're in between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size to ensure the most comfortable fit.

Yes, we're located in Coquitlam! If you're in the Metro-Vancouver area and have chosen the Local Pick Up option, you will receive a confirmation email once your item is ready. We will also send you further instructions, including protocols to ensure the safety of both yourself and our team. Please note: You have 20 days to collect your order from the time of notification. If the order is not picked up,  it will be returned, and a 15% restock charge will apply.

 Depending on the model, It can take approximately 3-6 weeks until your preordered item ships. When you have ordered multiple items and any of these are in a preordered status, we will ship all together when the pre-order item is available.

If you prefer to have your available items shipped as soon as possible, we suggest placing two different orders.

Goodyear welting is a long-lasting and eco-friendly way of building shoes. This construction is used to attach the upper of the shoe to the sole of the shoe. The welt (a leather strip)  gets sewn to the upper before it’s attached to the sole and runs along the perimeter of the shoe’s sole, and the strip gets sewn to the sole to connect both.It improves the shoe's water resistance and makes it far easier for the shoes to be resoled.And because we use full-grain leather, all of our shoes last longer and can endure more weather than other materials (plus, they won't harm the earth when you're done with them). All these components extend the life expectancy of our boots significantly, making them eco-friendly and ethically made.
