At Harmonica, we are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. In-stock items are typically shipped within 3 business days of purchase. If your item is marked as pre-order, please allow 3–4 weeks for fulfillment. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada.

Shipping within Canada

We ship orders within Canada using Canada Post Express. Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping to the USA

We ship USA orders with DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Shipping is a flat rate of $20 USD. All USA orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are collected at checkout.

Shipping to Australia & New Zealand

Orders to Australia and New Zealand are shipped via DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days. Shipping is a flat rate of $50, which includes duties and fees. All Australian orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within Canada are duty-free. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the Vancouver area. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions. Orders not picked up within 10 business days of the original pickup date may be shipped out at the customer’s expense.
